Bike, hike, boulder, hike, bike was our progression this morning. After playing on the rocks at Sanitas Laurel took me up into Sunshine Canyon and then across to Fourmile Canyon. Steep! Fun going down too :)
14.5 miles on the bike, 1200' elevation gain.
