Swimming: 7900 yds (4.5 miles)
Cycling: 61.5 miles, 2:10 hrs on the trainer
Running: 14.5 miles
Climbing/Other: YAYOG week 2, 2:45 hrs sport climbing

PR on the Incline in CO Springs! Woo hoo! 34:20 2000' vertical in less than a mile
