Laurel's Summer 2014

Rather than copy and paste all of my workout journal from June 16th to September 17th, please feel free to click the link here. I had a fabulous summer-- 10 days in the San Juans with Dan, the Audubon Duathlon that I've always wanted to do (8:30:00), and even better half Ironman distance tri in Aurora on September 7th (5:40:00!!!!) with a 2nd place age group finish, and a second age group second place at the Oktoberfest Sprint Tri on September 21st. A fantastic season, without a doubt!!!!
